Listened to it this morning. I must say this album can now proudly take its place side by side right up there next to the other excellent Puppini Sisters albums. What's refreshing about this one is the fact that it's different. And it very well it should be. It shows diversity and that's a good thing. Great artists are known for expanding their horizons therefore presenting a wide spread of different flavors to their loyal fans. Because after a while it doesn't help to be pigeonholed into the exact same old same old. You move it around, you come back and revisit the styles that made you famous and then you go out and explore some more. Bravo ladies! Well done.

Years ago I heard of the Puppini Sisters online. I live in Eastern North Carolina. I had a cousin that lived in Southern California. He heard them at about the same time. I sent him an email to tell him about the Puppinis. At the same time he emailed me to tell me about them. Our emails passed each other somewhere in the Midwest. We joked “great minds think alike.” My cousin passed late during Covid. I still love the Puppinis and hope to see them live someday.

Spring has brought me incredible joy in the form of this album. My ears couldn’t have asked for anything better. The Puppini Sisters create a timeless bubble where glitter rains down and smiles of appreciation bloom. Every track is enchanting, and I can only hope for another album soon. Their unique style adds that special touch—like the girls applying a touch of lipstick.

So excited to have another Puppini Sisters album in hand! Love all the tracks and choices! It'll be on repeat this summer for sure!
Cheryl M.
Wow! What great music! I first heard you on Michael Buble's Christmas album. And I am already a fan of Emma Smith so was pleased to learn she had sung with you.
Love the songs especially Dream a little Dream of me. Your version makes me forget Cass Elliott's. I detect a bit of electro swing which is great as I also love Caravan Palace. My cat Bunny is grooving too to the tunes. ALL THE BEST.

I'm really loving the Birthday album!

These ladies are truly amazing and this album proves it.I have got to admit my favourite tracks are Dream a little dream of me and Monster Mash their adaptations of these songs is fantastic . All in all a real treat to listen too.

I've enjoyed the Puppini Sisisters and their close harmony for many years and I felt like it was a long wait for this album. I'm glad I got it and it's wonderful to hear more of their harmonies!
Malcolm B.
Just wonderful! Amazing CD, and it came signed! What more could you ask for.
The CD is amazing, beautiful music that just eases the soul, like a musical Radox to take away aches and stresses of the everyday. They have been going twenty years, and I wish them a successful twenty more!
I discovered them when I was at my lowest and I am eternally grateful for the joy they bring me. This release is a must have ❤️

Another great experience with The Puppini Sisters' website. My order arrived quickly, and I'm very happy!
Joseph K.
Fantastic CD! As you can see, your autographed picture is right above Patty and Maxene Andrews of the Andrews Sisters posing with me and composer Richard Sherman. Just hoping the Puppini Sisters will appear in person in the USA some time in the near future!
Matthew O.
So good I ordered it twice, and I'm pleased because I can give a great present of one copy to a music-loving friend. There are songs covering a whole range of approaches to close harmony: the classic Dream a Little Dream; the zany Monster Mash;and an epic Total Eclipse as a finale to the album. And then a little Postscript.
So enjoyable.

Always a joy to hear the Puppinis!

Worth the wait, and what a wonderful album it is! Beautifully crafted from beginning to end, wonderful voices, and some lovely instrumental work, all wrapped up in a very cleanly engineered package. A masterpiece

As expected - a great album, with new takes and twists on classic songs. The Puppinis are a blessing in a troubled world.
Rachel O.
Fabulous CD - completely loving The Monster Mash! Rosanna's voice is a joy mixed with the glorious Marcella and Kate. My CD came with a hand written message to Queen Pup - Great fun!

I've been in love the the Sisters since being introduced by a mutual friend during their US tour stops in San Francisco, once at their show at Bimbos 365 and another at the Fairmont Hotel after which we gathered at our house for some post show piano bar shenanigans. What a thrill it was to accompany such a fun group of vocalist. A highlight of my life. Lifelong fan ever since. So much talent wrapped up in 3 incredible performers! Birthday Party is a varied collection of their versatility.
I long for a return USA tour. We miss you, ladies!♥️
Jennifer B.
I’m still fairly new to the Puppini Sisters’ sound; I am so glad I found them in a video clip! The Birthday Album is pure joy from start to finish.

OMG this certainly is a must have, never quite heard Happy Birthday sung more beautifully, as a child of a certain age I loved Bobby Boris Picketts famous song but you somehow managed to bring the song to life again. Every song a complete masterpiece. This piece of creative genius wraps you in its embrace and takes you to places unimaginable. From the very start I felt like a kid in a sweet shop, with so many great treats to choose from. I coildn't decide on a favourite so just had to have the whole shop.
Olan K.
Great music, excellent insert, and just plain FUN!

What better way to celebrate 20 years since their debut album, Betcha Bottom Dollar with an appropriately named album ‘The Birthday Party’. This album really does evoke the feeling of a joyous celebration along with sisterhood, swing and the love Marcella, Kate and Rosanna have for each other.
The obvious point is that it is Rosanna’s first recording with the group even though she was the original red headed sister. Naturally, with a new (ish) voice in the mix, the sound evolves slightly, but the magic, charm, and signature blend that define The Puppini Sisters remain as delightful as ever and of course I think she's wonderful.
The track listing is beautifully bonkers from classic Jazz standards such as Take Five and Honeysuckle Rose which they’ve made refreshingly theirs whilst still keeping true to the original.
However, the real standouts in my eyes are the covers with 'Kokomo' by the Beach Boys and 'Mah Nah Mah Nah' (yes - really) being particular favourites for how wonderfully they work in the realm of close harmony swing.
Overall this album really does the girls justice in terms of paying homage to just over two decades at the forefront of all things vintage, glamour and style. I’m hugely impressed at how wonderful this album turned out!
